There are tons of foreign exchange expert advisors but Forex Torpedo has attracted my attention. Why? As it says to beat other bots by instead of using just past information, forecasting markets. It is saying it uses artificial intelligence and other knobs and whistles to do that. Well, it is interesting, but I have some concerns. Are not other EAs actually doing the same?
There are a lot of EAs which claim to use AI out there and to be honest, there’s no way we will see how they employ it and if it’s used by them in any way. Anyone can say they use articifial intelligence methods and get away with itbecause it is impossible to confirm it. But at the end of the day what matters are the results. Does the robot produce good results? That is what matters, not that it predicts market or uses past data. Having mentioned that, I should leave it there. We should judge a forex robot by its results, not by the features.
